The Raspberry Pi Foundation HQ camera comes without a lens, but includes standard mounting for (for example) a tripod.
To use the camera, you need at least a lens with a M12-mount.
This camera comes with a cable for the Raspberry Pi 1, 2, 3 or 4. For the Raspberry Pi Zero and Zero2W you need the adapter cable for the Raspberry Pi Zero. For the Raspberry Pi 5 you need the adapter cable for the Raspberry Pi 5. These are not supplied as standard.
